We are bambooz;ed into believing that the dumpster we eat out of is food. Everything common in our diet- is generally tainted corrupted or diluted in one form or another.
The discussion herein is beyond keto- beyond medicine. Beyond common sense. It took me a long time to develop these truths, and you can get them in a few minutes of reading.
Forget “processed” foods as often as you can.
Seriously- there is nothing for you there- except addiction and damage.
Example- a week ago I gave up the “liquid crack”.
WTF is liquid crack? My wife and kid, and sister know- “SODA ZERO”. I won’t list brand names- but I prefer the CC brand over the P brand. Even though I have learned that the CC brand has very likely caused me to be a diabetic.
My fault.
I consumed massive quantities of the stuff for decades.
I now watch fat kids drinking large fountain sodas and feel sick to my stomach. Yes- their “diet” and zero products most certainly do not raise blood sugar much, and they are a viable substitute.
WHY DID I DRINK IT?
Addicted to the fake sugar and mostly the caffeine.
I liked it.
I thought about something. Lead, follow, or get out of the way.
It was time that i started really leading. I changed my life in order to feel better and extend my life.
What benefits did the liquid crack give me, except to ruin my sleep and satisfy an addiction?
It has been a week- and very likely- for me my blood sugar will come down a small percentage because I am not imbibing in the extra caffeine- I added more water and unsweetened iced tea and black decaf coffee to my life.


Gee- why do I want to do that? The net result- if these two snippets are true (they are) is that I will need to use more insulin to get the job done- and as we know from our discussion about fatty-fat, and diabetes- from the other posts, WE WANT THE LEAST AMOUNT OF CIRCULATING INSULIN WE CAN HAVE, for the time being.
Quitting the liquid crack is going to have modest to intense benefits for me- because it will very likely allow me to sleep more- and longer.
I do not drink anywhere near as much iced tea as I did Zero.

Tea has more caffeine- green tea has less.

Nutrition v. Zero
The Zero is a zero- while the decaf coffee and they have decaf tea- will be really much more of a bonus to your body- the zero products have zero nutrition, but they are laden with terrible chemicals that your body will have to get rid of.

This ingredient is not in home made brewed tea green tea or decaf coffee, etc.
Whether or not it causes cancer in small amounts- it still must be dealt with by the body and flushed out safely- if it does cause cancer cells to be formed- you body’s immune system will be fighting to kill off those cells- instead of fighting a better fight against the fatty-fat and other cellular damages you have waiting for repair and replacement- in other words- it is “taxing” your broken immune system for no valid reason.



Too much phosphoric acid upsets the balance of phosphorus to calcium in the body and causes calcium to leach from bones. A large study that looked at the diets of over 2500 men and women, called the Framington Osteoporosis Study, found that regular cola drinkers, particularly women, had a significantly lower bone density than other participants.
The healthiest option is to stick to soda water and sparkling mineral waters as these only contain carbonic acid.
