Type 2 & Pre-Diabetes

These diseases have a hallmark- of inflammation and energy dysregulation.

Fatty-Fat explains a big part of it.

They claim that we are Insulin Resistant and have decreased Insulin Sensitivity. While this is true- these items- these names they throw at us- are merely marketing terms- a relic of obsolete science and lack of thorough understanding of the human physiology.

Typically the pre-diabetic has the same exact metabolic dysfunctions going on as the type 2. And the problem is lack of energy storage capability combined with ectopic fat deposition- the pre-diabetic produces up to 900% more insulin than a non-diabetic normal person. 9 times normal.

WHY?

Because the body is trying to still stash energy it can no longer handle- the human body is designed to grab all the energy it can grab. Until it realizes that there is too much cellular hypertrophy and too much damage.

The blood levels of triglycerides and glucose are abnormally high in the pre-diabetic. Excess energy, no place to go- the high amounts of glucose are forced into cells that cannot take any more- and insulin’s presence will not allow the release of TG from any cells.

So, we see that people with high circulating triglycerides- and adiposopathy- their insulin isn’t effective- especially in full blown type 2 diabetes.

The prediabetics produce massive insulin to be able to prevent the atherosclerosis they are developing- the body is trying to force the energy out of the bloodstream, and is ineffective at doing this- because there is little room left for deposition of energy- thanks to the lipodystrophy caused by the insurmountable damage to fat cells and the start of muscle wasting (called muscle catabolism)

loss of fat storage, loss of muscle storage, and loss of use by losing muscle mass- “metabolic rate”- more muscle mass, even unused burns more energy at rest- exacerbates the problem.

For those of us with diabetes- type 2 and prediabetes- we absolutely need to do several things in order to diminish the loss of more muscle, and allow the release of ectopic fat.
