Taking Out The Trash

How often do you take your trash out?

The human body takes the trash out all day. The body filters it out and excretes through sweat, urine and defecation.

It took me some time to figure out how to simplify all of the complex chemical reactions and go through the very difficult learning process. My philosophy is addition by subtraction.

Taking out the trash, every night, or every other day, then pulling the cans out once a week is quite a chore. Considering that the body is doing this for us, automatically, all of the time- means that the body is always working.

If we subtract some of the trash we take in, we have less to take out.

The dieticians make a feeble attempt to help us make better choices- but the considerations are not for this reeason.

Excess glucose is trash- and it is damaging to cells- if we allow high levels to perpetuate, the damage accrues. Substituting say “juice” instead of sugar soda may appear to be a healthier choice. It isn’t.

Once we have “fatty-fat” we most likely have fatty organs- which are nearly undetectable due to today’s erroneous medical practices. We do not test for developing diseases and then perform “preventive” medicine. We test for disease that is already highly developed and this is too late.

As this subject is taking out the trash- i will digress- the point is simple- You can add health- by subtracting the trash.

Recently- I gave up diet soda- and zero sugar soda- because I realized that it was not helping me. The constant- and I mean constant- bombardment with those chemicals is an unnatural act- which puts pressure on my system to purge the trash- while gaining nothing else- caffeine? I can find other sources- and realize that I will do better taking in less of that, too.

If we bring less trash in, we take less trash out. While giving up the Zero soda- I simply added some unsweetened ice tea and more water- with an occasional zero sugar sports drink.

The next addition will be more decaf coffee and a variety of tea.

At least the brewed tea has some beneficial plant based nutrients- and without sugar or milk- I am adding nutrition and subtracting trash-

This means that I am taking away ALL of the work involved in breaking down and processing the garbage in those non-nutritious products and adding antioxidants and plant polyphenols and other beneficial compounds- without doing anything except drinking something different.

This addition by subtraction concept allows the body to exponentially increase its natural capacity for healing.

Cutting sugar and processed carbs and unhealthy fats was the beginning of my life-changing path back to health- and now that I am healthier- and feel decades younger- I want to go the rest of the way. I want to completely heal my fatty-fat, the diabetes is almost gone- wringing the rest of the ectopic fat out of my organs and arteries is my next goal. And I want my body to have the best fighting chance it can have.
